It’s constructed as follows in the 2nd stackｓ (the 2nd floor of the Faculty of Engineering Building No.1).
You can’t use a book in the 2nd stackｓ during a construction period .

* November 4: Drain construction
* November 16-the 19th: Wall construction
As soon as construction is ended, it becomes available.
